It’s got to be the meds.
I’m not over medicated though.
It doesn’t happen all the time but does happen frequently.
I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
At least my left eye stopped twitching today.

Obviously bring it up with your doctor, but I would probably blame the meds, too. Do you take benztropine or anything?
No I don’t but I’m betting that it’s the meds too.
Some days I slur a lot. It’s difficult. Ì honestly think mine is early onset dementia
@Wave
When is your next appointment?
I really hope it’s not dementia.
At the end of January.
I’m going to bring it up.
That’s a smart idea.
My mom has dementia and she can’t express herself.
She talks gibberish.
I hope this is not next for me.
It’s a scary thought.
It’s could be another sign of possible td. I would go ahead and call my p doc as a precaution.
Yeah, contacting your pdoc is a good idea. It could just be the meds but better safe than sorry. Hope you get this all straightened out @Wave.
I spoke with slur when I first took 15mg risperidone. I called my then pdoc and he lowered the dose. After a while I took 15mg without problem
My friends told me I slur my words when I was on Cloazapine, if it is a sedative it will do that. I still do not think I speak clearly though.
are you taking benzos or klonopin?
they used to make me slur pretty bad.
it’s likely the meds but you should see a doc, just incase!
No I used to take Klonopin but I stopped years ago.
I don’t slur my words all the time but I will definitely mention it to my psychiatrist.
Slurring your words is alarming to me. I’d do whatever I had to to be seen by your pdoc ASAP.
