Oooof. Yeah, that’s gotta be rough. Family problems wind me up pretty badly, too. I find that sneaking into a quiet spot with a cup of tea and listening to some music helps me calm down. You have anything like that you can do?

Awwww. Can’t go wrong with kitty time for sure. Mine had a tantrum wanting wet food and then she went straight to sleep. No cuddles happening up north tonight.

Calliope a.k.a. Callie. My daughter gives all of our pets names from Greek mythology. Callie just turned 18 and is an old girl now. She was rehomed to us from a cat hoarder three years ago and she’s much happier. She was pretty uptight when we got her. We get occasional cuddles these days. The first six months she wanted nothing to do with us.
