Who of you quit smoking for good? Is it really that though? Struggling on Quitting

I was a smoker for ten years. I quit in June of last year, almost eight months no cigs. I was able to quit with support, nicotine patches and a no butts hotline. It is doable, good luck.

I quit for good after a few good stints lasting several months of neurotically smoking. My trick is to break my lighter then I can’t smoke. If I buy another one, as soon as I get the with all to quit again I just break it againlol

I think I quit when I was 29.

I’m turning 43 now.

I remember writing cigarettes on tab each month and not being able to afford milk because I put cigarettes before food.

I could never afford the lovely things I can afford now if I smoked.

One of the best things I ever did was giving up cigarettes and then later alcohol .
