Babies will be given shots that turn them into superhumans. And nowadays there’s the anti-vax people but in 1000 years no one will be an anti-give-kids-shots-that-make-you-super-human due to how good these shots are 
and how’d you’d be getting behind if you didn’t take this shot.
Who knows the human outlook on things can completely change in time. Technological advances can change outlook a great deal. It’s the uncertainty in our technology that creates the most amount of doubt!
Based on the removal of natural selection from human ranks, I doubt things are going to go well

1000 years is just unfathomable to me.

That goes back further than when homo sapiens became the only extant human species. You could call it interfering with nature, but it’s not really different than a tree limb falling and getting stuck in a stream changing the course of the water.
Woah, doubling every 1.5 years!? That’s nuts…
There is a limit to how small computers as we know then can get before quantum mechanics start messing with the bits and making them unreliable.
We’ve all seen as much technological change in our lifetimes as occurred during the entire 1000 years of the Middle Ages. I just hope we can keep going with this progress. There are so many amazing new technologies that technological progress will occur with increasing speed.

In 1000 years if the oxygen level does not go up we would be shrunk, like how dinos grew in size due to excess oxygen.
