Who is your favourite "influencer"?

I believe some influencers do great content. I like some of the ones in nutrition, sports and fitness.

My favourite influencer right now is Jeff Nippard.
Great guy, great editing skills and highly qualified to talk about what he talks.

Although maybe he’s not an influencer…
Anyways, at least he does youtube content.

I used to watch math or science videos.

Maybe Veritasium or 3Blue1Brown ring a bell?

I don’t currently have a favorite influencer, although I frequently catch myself liking instagram posts by the same posters. I simply open the app and scroll down my feed, come what may :smirk:

I don’t do internet influencers. This is something for the “kids”, IMO. I am influenced mostly by late night episodes of “johnny Carson” and reruns of “Perry Mason”

THis may be a slight exxageration.

In all seriousness, I like to believe that I think for myself. A lot of people are spoon fed an ideology one way or another and just believe everything that side says. It makes me feel icky when someone does that. My mom is pretty heavily, although not completely, that way.

I’m willing to listen to stuff but I general believe I think for myself and dont conform to any particularly ideology or philosophy. I take things one thing at a time and base them on their own merits as I see it.

I am often at odds with the norm.

I’m going to stop giving answers about myself cause this is the internet, so you can never be sure how the info will be used

There’s a saying that once you put something on the internet, it’s there for eternity. It’s a good security thing to think about.

Even if you deleted it, someone saved it, or copied, shared it, and it’s stored somewhere on the cloud.

It’s always good to be wise and cautious, I guess.

I sort of follow some fitness influencers but you take it with a grain of salt. Most well built people get like that by cheating with the gear so you have to keep some things in mind when you look at their content. It’s hard work as it’s so easy to create channels these days and the money associated with some feeds is pretty good…

So. I wouldn’t say any favorites and I usually just let the algorithym find my stuff on youtube these days. Pick and choose the stuff that is out there.

I hesitate to call him an influencer, more of an early YouTuber, but I like James Rolfe
