I’m actually two yards.
There is something in it…
My father in law was very, I mean very tall. He played basketball.
It must be great to play on you.
Im 6’1 81 kg. dont do pounds here!
5’3"-257lbs now seven years ago before Risperidone 98.5 lbs.
Damn, that really says something. I would rather be in-shape & mental, then out-of-shape and non-mental - something that isn’t even possible for me.
5’4". 164lb
Lowest and highest adult weights 122lb 192lb
Clearly my height didn’t get the memo. Whomp whomp.
6’1" 292 was 190 lb before
Or the short people (me) are staying away from this thread
Looks like “they” got it wrong again (that let’s me off, sneaks out lol).
I used to be almost as heavy as you and have it down to normal. Just saying you can do it once you find the right meds and environment.
5,9 about 245 lbs.
93kg/205lbs 1,92m/6,3ft
About 60 kg (132 lbs) and 1.82 m (almost 6 ft)… hate being skinny but I hope more Zyprexa and less Seroquel will help with that.
5’6" — 130 lbs. …
That’s really skinny. I was skinny at 170 lbs at 6 foot. Different body types I guess? I have long, muscular legs, where I imagine most of my weight comes from.
Wow you are indeed skinny! Do you eat? : )
I’m 5’ 4’’ and 112 lbs
That’s my problem… my negative symptoms are serious and I often go most of the day without eating at all because I lack motivation. And I’m a very picky eater (probably supertaster which is not a good thing) and feel full quickly. Also I do not like skinny men at all so it’s hard on my body image and confidence. But I will solve this eventually with meds and good routines so I don’t feel sorry for myself. It could be a lot worse.
Well i think that less body fat is healthier however it might look like…
You need a routine, just like people on diet. Some small amount but nutritive…
Anyway I feel you…my diet is ■■■■.
