I am 174 LBS. I want to lose another 6-10 pounds.
I don’t have a scale. If I had to guess, I probably weigh 240-260. I would like to lose 60 pounds.

Been 180lbs since June, monthly check ups since then. Hasn’t ticked up or down since so my goal is to just see it go down to at least 175 or 170lbs. Chicago has some great pizza places all around so it’s a little difficult to get there with that.
I weigh 215, and I could stand to lose about 40 lbs.

I’m at 53kg, want to lose 5kg.
At one point last year I weighed around 230 lbs or so - now I weigh about 184 lbs.
I want to go as low as possible, but realistically would settle for 179 - 175 lbs
I"m not gonna even lie. I way a little over 300 pounds. I wish I could get down to like 250.

I’m 98kg would like to get to 82 kg I’m on clozapine, not even sure if it’s possible
my true weight is a secret but I am on weight watchers and am hoping to lose another 45 lbs.
A few years ago I was 220lbs from medication. I’ve come a long way, but it has been a long battle and I still don’t meet up to my standards.

ok you looked way taller in the pic. I’m 165, I just thought 53 was really skinny. I used to be 48 kg. maybe now on vacation I can lose some weight in the heat good luck to you xo
btw I’m so thirsty, I drank 5 cups of water and feel like I’m dehydrating
I would like to be 110 pounds and stay there forever. I just checked I weigh 120 pounds. so 10 pounds to lose. I would like to be even more skinnier, maybe 105 pounds but I would like to look athletic. I’m gonna workout throughout this winter.
I used to weigh 42 on my almost anorexic time, but my normal weight is 47/48.
I’ve been drinking about 2L a day… always thirsty, it’s the heat I think.

I’m 5’4" and weigh 155 lbs. I want to be 125 lbs again though.
I weigh 194 at 5’2". That means im obese by BMI standards. I will say, that I’m proportionate and hold my weight well, so I don’t look like I weigh as much as I do. I’m very dense lol.
I would like to lose 50lbs. I log my calories on myfitnesspal app everyday, but I don’t exercise, so I could be seeing better results if I did.
