Who here has support system like counselors and therapist. i do

I have counselor that talks to me over the phone everyday, she helps with me with my anxiety and paranoid issues, she really understands me, its really good to have a support team with you along the way to your recovery. My program is High Point Partial Care i been with them for 3 threes years i like it there, i have good friends that also have mental illness, we talk about our problems and share our feelings. Its good to have a network of friends to support you along the way. I hopes guys have a similar thing going on for you too.

I hope I can get my support system back soon. Without therapy I feel a bit directionless. Also with covid seeing/keeping in contact with friends is difficult

I have a therapist that I see every other week. He’s great. I also have a psychiatrist that I see every 3 months or so. I have my mom that I talk to at home and I journal. Journaling really helps me.

I have a pdoc, therapist, and case manager. I do one-on-one psychotherapy for 30 minutes each week, and I go to a weekly group therapy. I only see the pdoc as needed though.

I have a mental health nurse. I’m eligible for talk therapy but won’t do it as I will be starting work after the Lockdown.

I have some people I talk to sometimes. Not often though.

I have also got my family.
