No real support here, see the doc twice a year, thats about it

Just a Lead practitioner used to be called care co-ordinator (they keep changing it) - but really its just a cpn.
I only phone her as a last resort tho, i will suffer for a couple of days with a bad head before i phone the duty voicemail.
The shrinks a different one every time i have my quarterly med review - so never get to know them.

Lol like mine program thats cool.
I have a psychiatrist I talk to over the phone every couple of months and four mental health workers who visit me every week.

I have a pdoc and a therapist. I also have a supportive girlfriend and family. I am one of the fortunate ones.
