In the uk they sell light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. The dark soy sauce has a very strong flavour. For day to day adding to rice or noodle dishes I use the light soy sauce

My Mexican father used to put Tabasco sauce on literally everything. And he ate jalapeño peppers everyday with every meal.

Yes !! I buy a bottle of tabasco every couple months I use it so much. and I use tabasco chipotle sauce on my steaks…

You might like it. Personally I don’t. Too salty for me. I only use a bit in my fried rice recipe. I prefer a sweet teriyaki sauce.
