I use Frank’s Red hot sauce and Sriracha hot sauce. Sriracha is the strongest I have ever tried.

I use it too with beans (green beans, mixed beans, etc) and lemon juice. For omelettes/fried eggs I prefer Sriracha as its more spicy.

I’m a big fan of tabasco chipotle but I can never find it anymore…great on steaks…I just use tabasco as a go to…love to make chicken wings with franks red hot though…good thread !!

Tiger Sauce is one of my favorite hot sauces as well. It’s sweet and spicy. But I love Franks, Cholula, Tabasco, Valentina, etc.
