Do you like hot sauce?

What kinds do you like? I’m getting a little bored with what’s in my fridge. Sorry this isn’t schizophrenia related.

Sirachaaaaaa is yummy. My mom brings home Hanks sauce which is very good too. I love spice.

I use either Frank’s Hot Sauce, or Grace jerk seasoning as my base almost always. And jalapenos aren’t hot, but they’re always good as an additive to the sauce, and the brine is delicious!

Let’s not forget sambal oelek. If I were allowed only one spice, this would be it for me

I put Franks Red Hot on different foods.
It’s a good hot sauce

Rooster chili garlic sauce is perfect. The hotness ratio is well done to the point I can pretty much eat it out of the container without being disgusted by a pain spike.

I don’t even want to get close! I’m afraid of ingesting hot sauce and throwing up :face_vomiting: I suffer from heartburn and bad digestion

my current sauce is this
Daves Gourmet Insanity Sauce

it is the hottest sauce i have ever had. hotter than bww blazin, hotter than bww carolina reaper blazin. i think it has pepper extract so if u use it like a regular sauce you will be panting and sweating looking for the closest liquid, which will just make it worse unless its milk.

i dont like to suffer all the time but a good burn can put me in a somewhat meditative state, so what i do is make some ramen, drain all the water, add teriyaki sauce, then a very small bean-sized amount of the sauce and mix it very well. the teriyaki sauce takes on a new flavor with the added heat and by the end of the bowl it is hot enough to make you question why you do this to yourself.
oddly with super hot stuff when it reaches peak heat if i stop thinking and just take it all in i feel like a monk who has just reached enlightment
