I do it makes me more productive and able to concentrate more.
I do need stimulants to function, but I use only small amounts.
For coffee, I drink decaf. It’s only 20mg of caffeine and it helps me. Any higher and I start getting anxious.
2 spoons of instant is all I need to take away the mind numbing feeling of boredom.
But lately Ive been having 6 spoons (3 cups) and it makes me lower functioning than I already am.

Coffee kind of makes me feel nauseous a bit now.

I’ll drink one to two cups a day.
