I quit coffee a couple of weeks ago and feel more energized. Better without it. I was drinking 5-10 coffees a day and just feeling more tired.

I’m a fast metaboliser of caffeine. It doesn’t make me feel tired.

I drink insta- coffee. I have a grinder and am about to buy an espresso machine.

I used to drink so much coffee (french pressed) that I started shaking, had heart palpitations and diarrhea.

Now I only drink 3-4 cups a day.

I have coffee for free most of the days. Sometimes I buy my own to make it with my coffee machine. There are times when I only drink black or green tea and a bit of water. Currently I’m in need of my coffee, having bad thoughts about going to hospital in a couple of weeks. I think it’s just delusions like always.

I keep it to one or two a day. Used to drink more and it didn’t pep me like I had hoped. I’m not sure the one or two a day are doing it, I just like the taste. The decaf tastes horrible because of the processing.

I mainly have those Nescafe flavoured sachets . I 'll also have ground coffee, 2-3 strength,using the cafetière I have no idea why but from time the coffee will taste bitter.

I haven’t bought a jar of instant coffee granules for about 3 years. With that I use half a teaspoon, as using a full teaspoon of coffee makes me feel nauseous.

Switched to low caffeine tea a while back, so far so good.

If I ever do coffee now a days it’s a decaf.

I only drink one cup of coffee day now sometimes two no more energy drinks for me.

I cant live without caffeine bcz of meds, otherwise I would be sleeping all day. I use caffeine pills, coffee and tea. Yesterday had a cup of 1.5 tablespoons Nescafé. Caffeine helps my negative symptoms a bit.

I drink a few cups of coffee every day. I don’t like the taste but my house is cool so I drink it to stay warm and for the caffeine even though I don’t feel any effects.

I like my coffee a lot. Probably have about 6 cups a day at the moment - which is not as much as I used to drink!

i drink like 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day.

I had two energy drinks yesterday and it didnt help…plus it kept me up late…today Im trying to just stay hydrated and not drink more than one cup of coffee…

I have an issue with staying up late/well it doesn’t help the sleep apnea. I thought if I didn’t sleep than I would keep my oxygen up…but no I just get tired and end up feeling worse…same with not eating or eating less. I thought eating less or not eating would make me lose weight. Makes no difference. Just makes me feel more fatigued and irritable…a dietician told me that I need to eat more/not less.

I usually drink 2 cups of coffee per day and sometimes have a pepsi. Caffeine makes me sleepy.

I enjoy black sweetened coffee every morning,

Its a natural stimulent

It races the heart

I’ve heard that people with ADD or ADHD that any form of stimulants calm them. Maybe I read that I think :thinking:

I love the taste of coffee and it’s a really nice morning routine.

Coffee makes my voices really bad the best thing I have ever done is give up coffee i replaced it with hot chocolate coffee also made me manic and gave me insomnia
