I can’t function without really strong coffee in the morning, I add like 7 teaspoons if coffee in my mug if I want to go to work or do a workout, wbu?
I’ve been switching slowly to decaf. It’s working out.
I limit myself to 2 cups a day, but if I don’t have any bad effects, I don’t see a problem with it. Never tried not drinking coffee tbh.
I curb down and drink decaf a few days any now and then. Mainly because of tolerance.

I feel caffeine isn’t an addiction problem. Yeah there’s problems with not drinking coffee if you drink daily. Its more of a reset if you stop slowly. But I just like the feeling caffeine brings. I would act differently if I wasn’t drinking caffeine. I know this because I don’t drink caffeine all the time, I take tolerance breaks. I like life on or off caffeine.
Strong coffee gives me headaches because I have hypertension and it raises blood pressure. I drink 1 cup of light coffee with milk occasionally.

Pure green tea is refreshing it have both theanine and caffeine. Its better to replace coffee with green tea. Matcha green tea is another option but it have more caffeine content.
I use organic matcha in fruit smoothies, its very healthy!
I drink organic white tea.
I not tried matcha tea yet. How it compare with pure green tea? I mean in taste.
Its thicker and more sweet but if you put a lot of powder it becomes bitter. Use a very small amount. I buy from ebay china, its the cheapest.
I like iced peppermint mocha and peach green tea.
