Hand tremors could have to do with how antipsychotics increase iron uptake. If it’s little, I don’t know if I would go to such lengths as to chelate iron, but there is this one post by someone who tried it and resolved his more serious tremors:

So, the study at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/9777182/ suggests that the “classic” (typical?) antipsychotics alter iron metabolism, and increase the amount of iron deposited in the brain, which seems to be correlated to the instance of tardive dyskenisia. A person on the reddit schizophrenia forum, “NotSoGenericUser”, made a post (here) about how he had tardive dyskenisia and came across that study, which lead to him trying a chelation therapy to remove the excess iron from his brain, which lead to a resolution of the tardive dyskenisia. Pretty exciting!
