I have recently had my Abilify increased from 20mg to 25mg to counter my hearing a voice. How long before I experience a reduction in the voice? How long before the 5g, 25% increase gets into my system?

It takes up to 14 days for Abilify to reach steady state levels in the bloodstream. You should start seeing some results in your symptoms around this time. Although it is not possible to predict your specific response to the medication.

It took about a couple weeks before I noticed my symptoms abating. I’m currently tapering down from 30 mgs to 15 mgs. This way it wont cause me to be so spacey.
