Well it just happened I was walking in the woods and this lady was laughing, I thought she was laughing about me so I gave her mean look. Then she said hi to me and I said hi back. This happened more often when I was psychotic but I’m still weary about people laughing

Been there too before being on zyprexa. Going around a corner and hearing people laughing before they saw me. Was the worst.
It happens to me too. I’m overweight. About a year and a half ago I ordered a pizza. (Maybe part of the reason I’m overweight lol. I know it) I was alone in the house so I had to answer the door. When I did, the delivery man was laughing. So I gave him a dirty look because I just knew he was laughing at how big I was. He looked worried and said that a cat had fallen off of the porch and he was laughing at that.
See that is the thing about it. You can’t be sure. He could have absolutely been laughing at my weight. I didn’t know and I will never know. But you have to make the choice to assume the best so you can go on and not let stuff get to you.

Also, if the lady was laughing at you or the delivery guy was laughing at me, you know what, that makes them jerks. Why should we care what a bunch of jerks think? Screw them.
when i hear other people laugh i start laughing like it is contagious or something. The sound of laughter makes me laugh.
