I asked this last year, but theres new members, so I’ll ask again… whats your resting heart rate at? (Beats per minute)
Mine is usually 90.
Mine is usually 85 lately.
Just took mine, it was 78 BPM.
Just took mine right now. Its 70bpm.
It was always in the 90s when I was drinking coffee. Now I just have ½ teaspoon of instant a day it’s a quite respectable 70.
Mine changes a bit but currently under 70 so usually mid to low 60’s. I am doing a shed load of exercise though.
I exercise daily but can’t seem to get my RHR in the 60’s. I think I need to lose weight. The more you weigh the more stress is put on the heart.
Maybe once I get below 80 kg, i’ll get my heart rate in the 60’s.
Yeah I’ve lost a bit so it has made a difference. I was bouncing around low to mid 70’s so it’s all part of the journey. I am a bit worried as my blood pressure was high but stopping the creatine should help that. Meanwhile Mid 60’s isn’t bad at soon to be 53.
What was your most recent blood pressure reading?
It was like 180 over something. It was a little high last time but suspect the creatine had something to do with it. It’s known for raising blood pressure if you’ve hypertension.
Jeeez that’s really high mate. Glad your working on lowering it.
my resting heart beat is 115 or higher. I have sinus Tachycardia. so I always have over 100 bps even while sleeping… it sucks.
I’m sorry to hear that. When did you get diagnosed with it?
Mine is mid to upper 60s. Dropped to mid to lower 50s on celexa so I stopped taking it.
My watch says 45.
I wish mine was that low!
It was set by the technician at the pacer clinic per my cardiologist’s directions.
Mine is average 90s spikes while resting to 124 throughout the day.
When I was on Prolixen last August it was in the 50s, but since I’ve been on clozapine it’s been in the 90s with some spikes into the 100s when I stand up. I’m taking propranolol which is supposed to help but it doesn’t seem to be working.
