What's your most un-healthy habit?

Owning pasta and ice cream makers that I use regularly.

My sedentary lifestyle (I’m sooo out of shape) and snacking all day in-between meals.

Eating ice cream, chips, or candy from the corner liquor store. I hardly drink alcohol.

Vaping. And i hate to say cos im ashamed of it…but i gamble bits of money here and there. I really need to stop it cos it all adds up.

Staying in bed all the time. I think that sleep would be easier, my eating would be better, my house would be cleaner, and I’d be happier if I could stop this. I just don’t know where to start.

Probably just the general way in which I choose to live my life. Lol nah. Vaping and procrastinating. Also I need to cut back on YouTube politics.

My doctor yells at me for eating white bread, not multigrain, but there’s way lots of bad habits I could have but don’t. If I mostly buy white bread, oh well.

My other one is sometimes I OD on fruit. I don’t eat desserts, as I’m calorie counting to lose my souvenir Invega weight, but there’s still natural sugar in too much fruit.

Your doctor “yells” at you?

You can’t OD on fruit.

I had a doctor once tell me that the way that the sugars in fruit are digested is different than if you just take the sugar. Because all the sugar is encapsulated in fiber, it is digested and absorbed in the upper intestine rather than the stomach. This makes it much better for your body and much easier to metabolize without building fat. But yeah too much of anything is not good. I believe you if you’re saying you OD on it. Not the worst thing in the world though to OD on.
