not exercise enough , drinking too much coffee,excess eating
Eating lots of junk food and watching too much pron.
Mine is coffee. I drink it from morning till evening.
Sitting in my one spot all day and evening, drinking decaf coffee, and Lord knows what else, sucking down plain CBD oil for my neurotic tics.
Compulsive musical equipment purchases. I have gone without food or medical attention.
Drinking a lot of coffee and pop.

I sit on the couch too much. I make breakfast and dinner and do dishes everyday, but I only clean the house once per week and I don’t exercise lately due to joint pain and lack of energy and motivation
I have several that bother me but i cant say which is worse bc they are all bad, i’ll list them
- My posture is pretty bad
- I don’t think masturbating is healthy
- I bite/chew my lips/mouth
- Pick my nose
- Don’t brush my teeth enough
- I lie on the same side each night and i worry this isn’t healthy.
Masturbation in moderation is healthy. It’s only bad if it consumes your life and you do it 3 to 4 times a day.
I’d rather not do it, i use to not do it when i was with my ex.
I do that too. I did not realise it until you mentioned it. I wonder why I do that. Is some sort of stress and frustration the way I see it.
I heard it is a coping mechanism to help manage stress & anxiety, i read an article about it once, i’ll try find it again
