I am in horror at night when I can’t sleep. I am a morning person too. I didn’t sleep last night and tonight I’ll be very tired, I’m motivated to stay awake. TGIF.
Probably from 7pm till midnight.
Afternoon is when I am most active and alert.
Late afternoon and evening.

Nighttime! I hate trying to sleep.
The evening is my favourite. About 4pm-10pm
I do not sleep me CH, but night time is best.
Mid-morning till the afternoon
Probably when the sun goes down. Which currently is about 4.30pm.
Daylight does my nut in. I will quite happily sit in the dark in the middle of summer with the blackout curtains. Its too revealing.
Probably why i only used to work nights.
I am so messed up with my sleeping patterns, i love dusk till dawn, and dawn till dusk. My favorite temperature is around 25 celsius to 30 celsius. But i like short cold showers as well.
From 4pm to when I go to sleep.
That’s when I start figuring out dinner,
My husband gets off work,
And I feel useful again.
I do a lot during the day, like domestic chores wise,
But feel like that’s just maintenance.
Later in the day, it just feels like I’m really contributing.
Early evening. I think.
I love that time when I walk out of work, like walking into freedom.
Plus that’s when I go gym.
I’m pretty much a gym bunny now
5am, I’m usually awake around that time.
Everyone else is sleeping, the world is quiet and still, sometimes I can pretend the world has stopped it’s endless hustle.
It’s when I feel the best.
Early afternoon for me
All morning until early evening. I start feeling like sh!t after 7pm until I sleep at 11:30pm everyday.
Thats my worst time lol
Afternoon for me 1 pm - 4 pm. It’s the warmest part of the day and I like to go for walks then.
