Matcha tea is one of the substances that has the most antioxidants on earth.

You should know that, you’re into supplements :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

So are goji berries I think have you tried them. Their disgusting!

Anything from India. Darjeeling is my favorite after Earl Grey.

Yea Goji berries are also very high in antoxidants.
I have tried them with my uncle, he takes it everyday. I didn’t like its taste. Cloves and cinnamon also have extremely high antioxidants.

I use this good website to see antoxidants values of anything:

I just drink tea for the taste (when I’m well.)

I’ll drink a green powder of some sort for antioxidants, like wheatgrass. Thanks though.

I love a good spearmint tea
