I used to bake alot. Too bad i dont have any of the recipes i used to use though lol. I made a pretty good lemon cake with lemon icing, strawberry chocolate cookies, and oven bannock.
I havent baked in a good 6 or 7 years.

My spaghetti/meat sauce:

Ingredients:

2.25-2.5 lbs Roma tomatoes, 2/3 pureed and 1/3 diced
1.5 lbs ground chuck (or round)
2/3 of a head of garlic, peeled and minced
5-6 large habanero peppers, minced
1 6 ounce can of tomato paste

Generous amount of basil
Smaller amount of oregano
Small amounts of curry powder, marjoram, thyme leaves
~1 tsp celery salt
~1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 bay leaf

Cook garlic and habaneros in extra virgin olive oil for 1-2 minutes, then add tomatoes. Add ground beef, breaking it up into the sauce. Then add all other ingredients other than the tomato paste. Let simmer for 2 hours, then remove bay leaf and add tomato paste as needed to thicken the sauce. Sometimes I’ll add a cup of heavy cream or a 15 oz carton of whole milk ricotta at the end.

I don’t measure; it’s my recipe I’ve developed and made many times, so I just know how much of each seasoning to add.

I might be missing something, but I think I listed all of the ingredients.

You could add one medium onion to this; I don’t, because I can’t stand onions.
