What are people's favorite recipes?

I usually cook on a very basic level as in out of the box but I want to cook from scratch more. My great aunt is on a fixed income and she cooks huge meals and separates them up and freeze’s them. Just like TV dinners. My mom gave me a chicken and some rice so i decided to make what i could and am making slow cooker chicken curry.

Organic or non-GMO recipes when possible here at this household.

Avocados to mix with great eats.

Sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil and seasonings added to broccoli, unhulled sesame seeds, shredded sweet potatoes, extras, a huge block of non-processed swiss, or Aussie Cheddar or Parmesan cheese in a tomato paste + veggie broth sauce.

Cumin and chili powder sauteed with garlic and added to anything spicy. Experimenting with Guajillo powder here.

Emeril’s recipes follow. These can be used with Greens and Cheese or whatever you are in to.

I like baked spaghetti. Bear with me. You boil up some spaghetti, mix in some red sauce in the pot, then lay it on the bottom of a pan. On top of that you put a layer of Italian-seasoned ground beef. On top of that goes more spaghetti. Top it off with grated mozzarella cheese. Then shove it into the oven. Yummy!

Wow that mustard cream sounds amazing. I see a new dish evolving to at to my repour

How long do you bake it for? I love the spaghetti at Romeos and I just know their baking it.

Currently working the bugs out of my butter chicken recipe. Yesterday I taught some kids how to make cucumber sandwiches as part of learning the history of serving tea (low vs high vs cream teas). We also tried a new scone recipe that worked out very well:

It’s the sour cream that makes it work. Very happy with how they turned out, and so were their parents/grandparents.

I have not had cucumber sandwiches since my last go in college. Always been a big fan of raspberry zinger. Tea party?

I’m a 4-H leader, so I was teaching my cooking kids about the history of afternoon tea. If you’re going to have a proper English tea you need cucumber sandwiches. We made ours open-faced on homemade white bread, with herbed cream cheese (dill, lemon, and pepper), and vinegar marinated, thin sliced English cukes on top. Touch of parsley for garnish. The kids were pleasantly surprised by how much they liked the cukes.

Just bake it for 7-8 minutes to melt the cheese and congeal everything.

Well twice a day it’s an oatmeal and fruit shake with vanilla whey. Eating clean keeps insulin from spiking and telling your body to store fat. However I’m a grill kind of guy I boil a rack of ribs until falling off the bone then toss on grill with favorite sauce and brown rice. Never white because white rice is usually enriched. And it does a number on you blood sugar glucose levels. Broccoli and melted cheese, Brussels sprouts. Water retention caused by excessive sodium makes you retain water weight try to limit sodium 2500mg a day. You will notice a slim difference in stomach region and when you step on the scale.

Sodium is so bad for you in a lot of ways.

A lot of the new search is exonerating sodium, thankfully. Cholesterol has been rehabilitated as well.

Pass the salt shaker, please.

There is hope. I wish somebody would get there story straight.

here’s my quick throw together quesadillas.

flour tortillas, hamburger taco meat, shredded cheddar cheese, pickled jalapenos, sour cream and guacamole.

put a tortilla on a frying pan at medium heat and immediately add shredded cheddar over all the tortilla, melt that and add the taco meat on one half of the tortilla…after cheese is totally melted , add pickled jalapenos. and “fold” the tortilla into half, making like you would fold an omelet. take off the pan and continue with another tortilla until you’ve got enough to serve everyone. cut each quesadilla in about 4 pieces on a cutting board and top with your favorite toppings. enjoy !!
