Making guacamole today

I am making guacamole today to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday because she loves my guacamole…I have tried to perfect it for a long time and everybody always asks how to do it…here is my recipe…

                     MICK'S GUACAMOLE

4 avacados , mashed, 1/4 red onion, finely chopped, 2 roma tomatoes, finely chopped, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 squeezed lime juice, 1 drop liquid smoke…mix all the above and serve with chips…

sounds delicious I do like Avocados but I dont think I have ever had guacamole

I love guacamole! I have my own recipe that I’ve been using for years, but I think yours is better lol.

Thanks for sharing! I’m now craving some, so I’ll have to run to the store for the ingredients.
