Tea is bomb-- I’ll drink pretty much any kind.
Sleepytime tea. It helps relax me when I get too wired.
I make my own clover and nutmeg tea with sugar in it

I also make my own: Fresh cut thyme, lemon balm and liquorice root, quite a “booster”

Plain, black breakfast or such tea. Nothing fancy. I don’t like herbs or such…I just like plain, black tea. Great drink even in the tropics. Helps you sweat and keep cool.
Right now some raspberry tea
I like anything made by Celestial. Wild berry is my favorite, though.

i used to try all different kinds of herbal tea but i cant remember which one i liked best. i remember liking thyme, and ginger teas though.
also i had a specialty blend for before bed that had hops, and lavender, and chamomile and some other stuff mixed in it, that was supposed to help you sleep. the hops are a bit bitter though so i didn’t drink it often. it was ok

I love making a cup of tea and drinking it every evening. I have the Celestial assortment of various herbal teas. I like green tea a lot. I am beginning to think that not all black teas are equally good. I need to find the best black tea.
