I had a cup of Cinnamon Life cereal with nonfat milk and sugar, with coffee for breakfast.
No lunch. I usually skip lunch.
I had a couple of pieces of chocolate for snack.
I had two pieces of pan fried cod fish with tartar sauce, basmati rice with Kikkoman soy sauce, Asian vegetables in sauce, decaf coffee, and Bubly carbonated, flavored water for dinner.
Of course, I cooked it all myself. I’ll take a picture of the leftovers
I bought a terrible doughnut this morning and a small coke. Then I bought a frozen pepperoni pizza and I don’t feel good. I always promise not to buy junk food. It really makes me sick.
That actually sounds good @Wave . I was sitting here wondering what in the world I could have and nothing hot sounds good. I think I’ll boil up some eggs and have egg salad. Thanks!
I just had grilled chicken, vegetables with couscous, pasta salad and two junior chicken burgers from Mcdo. Both restaurants had 2 for 1 deals on Ubereats. Thers also 1 month free Uberpass which waves fees.
This morning I’m going to have vanilla yogurt with blueberries. I usually don’t eat again until dinner. For dinner I’m making something called honey lentils in the crock pot. It’s lentils, garbanzo beans, carrots and honey and spices. I serve it with jasmine rice. Makes a lot so I won’t have to cook again for a few days
Thanks! Yea it was really good.
Into cooking pot
Some Butternut squash chunks
1 dried Bay leaf
Half white onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
Pour in water into pot, about a third more above food level or so, go with intuition.
Let it go to boil and then strongly simmer.
When it’s about halfway done by cutting into butternut piece for testing, add two frozen portions of spinach.
Once soft and such,
Sieve. Take out the bay leaf, and add garam masala powder, lil bit of chilli pepper powder, tumeric powder, liberal amount of sea salt.
Mix it up well.
Tadah.
Btw all ingredients are organic and that makes a difference
