I cooked fried zucchini patties, chopped up in butter with salt and pepper. I had some leftover Rice a roni that I heated up. I also had a Hawaiian honey roll that I heated up. And for dessert, I had a warm, chocolate chip cookie. It was all delicious. Especially the fried zucchini.

I just ate some cereal and peautbutter crackers. As you can see, I’m the picture of health.
My zucchini was fresh out of the garden, bought from a vegetable stand at church and that’s probably why it was so good.
I made ground beef mixed with some spices, and then made mashed potatoes. Easy thing to cook. Pretty good. Feeling a little better right now too.

I had Pork Chops, Apple Sauce and a Tomato
I prepped the food for my dinner half an hour ago. Tonight is cut up pieces of steak, onions, bean sprouts and shrimp fried in extra-virgin olive oil and then doused in soy sauce.
I went and tried a Vietnamese place. I didn’t really like it. Didn’t eat too much. It presented well just didn’t taste too good. I didn’t like the rice at all. It’s hard to mess up rice.
That would clog my arteries in less than 5 seconds.
It’s difficult to eat right with this disorder so I can’t argue with what you guys eat whether it’s healthy or not.
I had Raisin Bran for dinner.

Grilled chicken on gluten free bread, with the bread grilled with cooking spray. With sweet baby ray’s golden mustard sauce. This is dinner 4-5x a week.
