Just find what makes me truly happy and do it, be it, etc, not what makes me fakely happy like binge eating.
My life is not easy cos my brain is wired to binge eat even though I donāt truly want to 
donāt feel guilty about it, its not wrong to binge eatā¦we all write our own story in this lifeā¦

Someone said the meaning of life is to serve humanity. Some think the meaning of life is to be happy. Xavier Hollander believed the meaning of life was sex. I think I will go with serving humanity.
