I am on a two year streak of no hospital.
Have been treated at home a couple of times, and had to go to A&E to get emergency meds.
Nearly got admitted to the hospital when I took an overdose a few months back, but got away with just having to see the crisis team for a few weeks.

I haven’t had to be hospitalized since my first psychotic break, thats like 5 years now my team is doing a good job and I keep them updated. I keep base with them and we usually schedule something every 3-6 months depending on if anything is going on or if I need a medicine change.
Right now we’re swapping out a depression medicine and I’m gonna try and see if my depression has gone away.

I’ve been in Remission since age 32, after a year in hospital over 2 episodes and occasionally a year between episodes prior to that
Now 14 years later with only brief psychosis which does not last more than a day sometimes
6 years so far and counting.
A year in October. It was 3 years before then.
Oh I think I went 5 years
I wasn’t in hospital since 1997. Before very often.

My longest out of hospital was between 2005-2013 (8 years). In that time I recovered, went into a long remission and relapsed.
Last time I was in hospital was last year Feb. So been out for 17 months now.

I’ve had some relapses but havent been in a ward in 5 years.
6 Years Hospital free. Im discounting the occasion i was carted off last year - cos i wasnt ill - i was pissed as a fart at the time - and the police saw my Dx and panicked lol.
