Where I am at there are hardly any trains you ride anymore, but when I lived in NYC I too Subways they last about 1 hour at most in a trip, and I took Amtrak to White Plains NY, and to a City in New Jersey City. The train ride was fun, and I shall always miss riding the Amtrak train to White Plains. When I got from NYC to White Plains, it was like a different country, but beautiful.

Maybe an hour and a half on what they called, the pizza train. It was a scenic route and they served pizza. I would have been nine or so on a class field trip.

I completely forgot I went from Mumbai to palitana on a train and it took over 8 hours but I was very young
