Any difference for those who tried it? Which is better for positive, negative and cognitive symptoms?
Im very interested in hearing that too - i made an appointment with my Pdoc, we shall talk about change my olanzapine 5 mg to either Abilify or Cariprazine / Vraylar.
Anyone tried both kind of meds?

My experience on both was terrible. Not the right meds for me.

I’ve tried both. Cariprazine (Reagila and Vraylar) was better, but it’s not a fair comparison because I took a much higher dose of aripiprazole (Abilify). I recall I had trouble focusing my vision on aripiprazole and there was increased salivation. Low doses of cariprazine seemed to be a little energising.

Abilify gave me visual hallucinations and put me in the Ward. Vraylar didn’t.
