I’m thankful that my health is improving. Med changes not only have me psychiatrically stable, but physically as well because my psych meds may have caused or worsened my physical health.
What’s one thing you’re thankful for?

I am thankful that I am not homicidal and suicidal while on meds. I have severe negative symptoms though but its still better than being in prison or dead.
That’s great! I’m glad you can see outside of yourself.
I’m thankful for the people in my life who care about me
Support is so important for us. I’m glad you have people in your life.
When I leave my apartment, I do a mental check to see if I left a cigarette burning. Clearly, I know I haven’t left a cigarette burning because I haven’t smoked for six years! It makes me feel grateful I got stopped.
I’m glad you can acknowledge your success and breathe easier knowing you won’t start a fire. @Jayster
I guess my dad for once. He’s the only one leaving me something and helping me out financially. Everyone else is talk.
How fortunate you are to have your father in your life. I lost both of mine to cancer. Parents are so important!
I am thankful to be on such great terms with my family …
Also I have the greatest apartment and plenty of resources to keep my boat afloat
I’m thankful that I’m getting by. Things are hard but I’m not wanting for anything important.
I’m so happy. Family is so important to me, too. I’m glad you have all the resources you need.
Getting by can mean stability. I’m so glad for you.
I recognize several things that make my life better and I am very thankful. The one thing I will mention is that I like coming to this site. It seems to raise my spirits when I feel a little down.
I’m so glad this forum helps you. Each time I see a post from you, I am encouraged. Just in case you’re feeling down now, sending hugs.
@JustTrish You have a keen sense of understanding. Thank you for the “hugs” and support. I was a little down because I slept for 12 hours last night.
It’s my pleasure. I’m glad you’re here instead of isolating
