I want to hike the Appalachian Trail. The trail is 2,190 miles long. I want to thru-hike it (the entire length) from South to North. The trail begins in Springer Mountain, GA, and ends in Mount Katahdin, ME. I want to begin in late March (2019) and finish in late October (average 10 miles per day). It will cost me about $3K. About 25% of people who attempt a thru-hike finish.
that sounds awesome… please take lots of pics when you start your hike…
listen to the mayans who escaped to the jungles
watch the stars with the dogons
watch the sky serpent manifest during the solstice at its temple
eat some salted whale with the reindeer people
sneak up and pull the tail of a lion
swim with nile crocs with the crocodile tribe
taste royal honey
visit our southern most continent and talk with penguins
talk a walk on serpent island
hit the hot springs with the snow monkeys
walk through the bamboo forests the pandas protect
stare down a tiger
fish with the dolphins
catch a spider tailed snake
befriend a fan tailed raven
hug a wallaby
feed some great whites
I already watched orcas kill a deer but I wouldn’t mind seeing them again
howl at the full moon with the wolves
kiss a moose
watch a hyena force a pack of wolves off a kill… they do meet only in 1 place and its not Africa
get a pair of custom to my foot shoes from that company in Italy that still does that
go watch the camel races
meet the dahlia lama in Tibet
drink from the source of the ganges
ride a mighty steed with the Mongolians
catch a tiger butterfly
watch a fire tornado
there is a volcano on an island near borneo where they throw in offerings I want to join the ones who try to catch the offerings…
aw crap this list doesn’t stop… I have too much to do…
of course you can… just remember the tiger butterfly is so toxic spiders will set them free they live on borneo … and fire tornados happen in Australia… I want to say during monsoon season…
I don’t really desire much
Just to retire to so and such
So and who?
I don’t really think I could have knew
What life would have put me through
but now I’m better off and it’s right on cue…
Wooooooooooooooooo
Finish school
get a great job (great pay, bennies)
live comfortably on my own
be able to travel!! (esp with my kids)
one of the many places I would like to see are the pyramids in Egypt
…I have some weird things. Be an actress in one of those infomercials where people mess up ridiculously simple tasks…be the voice actor for an adorable anime character…pet a raccoon…
I want to prove to people I can beat stigmas and stereotypes about autism, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety. I already sort of have a start haha by going into the care field working with seniors and taking care of them. This is seen as a very social job which is hard for people with autism to do, it also beats the stigma that people with schizophrenia can’t live normal lives and here I am with a career starting, I also show people that I don’t let my anxiety and depression control my actions. Another part of this is building independence and I do that more and more everyday for example 5 years ago I couldn’t go to the bank without my mother helping me. Today I went to the bank and got a form for my job, I also got a criminal record check and filled out the paper work, and finally got my immunization form so now I have all the forms I need for my job and I did it with my own initiative, where as in the past people had to pester me. I also learned life skills like driving, cooking, and just other small jobs.
These sounds simple for most people but with autism along with this it takes extra focus. But I am proud because I’ve come so far that no one knows I have autism or a mental illness till I tell them xD.
First thing on my list:
Buy a bucket.
Then some paper and a pen.
And some tissues to wipe all the tears out of my bucket.
Maybe:
I’ve always wanted to dress up in one of those giant pickle outfits, a mascot of this downtown sandwich shop, and wave to all the folks as I jump up and down very anti-pickle like. I’d even do it for free.
What else?
oh, my mom planted tomatoes this year, and i asked her if I can have her tomato worm when it shows up. I like to pet them, they feel like a semi-deflated balloon for a while, before it shrinks into a brown cocoon with a jug handle.
Um…can’t think of anything else at the moment…
uh, let me recheck my list…uh,huh…same as my bucket, empty.
