It’s evening here in Nanjing. I just cooked a simple meal for myself. My husband has been out to a restaurant to join his co-workers. One of his co-workers is retiring the end of this month. So they cerebrate together.

I’m having my morning coffee. It’s going to be over 100 again today and also for the next 5 days. Maybe it’s time to switch to iced coffee.

Just had my bowl of grits for breakfast, now I’m preparing to write an important email. I have about 4 things to do today to take care of business then I have the rest of the day to do what I want. Probably go to the park for walk and I have a little money so I might go out to lunch or just shop for whatever looks good.
