is this a trick question? lol

No I’m serious!!!

Now are we talking a good solid BM or liquid runny one? You should call and ask them?

Metamucil or Citrucel, Senna, Miralax, fruit, vegetables, lots of water.

Thanks, I will try that daily. If you can find out what kind that would be great! These meds got me plugged up. You will probably get that with Wellbutrin…

Or any other form of bulk fiber laxative. I bought a generic version from Wal Mart. One thing I’ve found that works better is this combination of frozen peas, green beans, corn, and carrots. You can get two pounds of it for two dollars in the frozen vegetable section of Wal Mart. I heat it in the microwave and put parmesean cheese on it. You might find something else you would like to put on it. It keeps me working fine.

Dried prunes.
Start slow, eat one or two a few times a day.
Three in the morning, especially with a hot liquid, can fix just about anything.
It’s natural, and good for you too.

Homemade pizza. Ugh. Haven’t consumed much dairy in a while and my system is unhappy.

MOST UNHAPPY.

I always thought dairy plugs it up.

Well, yes, but there’s always the difference between theory and practice.

I’ve had good luck with celery, lots of water and blackberries.

Beans are also good…

A good healthy diet with plenty of vegetables and fruit, some grain, and lots of water.
