I don’t have this problem but I heard hajmola helps
Prunes too …
Magnesium citrate or milk of magnesium.
Funny ish hajmola…come to nepal first…we will go foe bungy jumping off the cliff…
a high fibre diet helps. lots of fruit and veg and wholegrain, also plenty of water and a glass of orange juice
other than that lactalose
Wholewheat pasta, lentils, oats, apples and coffee.
I find if I eat these things I don’t have a problem with constipation.
Sometimes when I relax with coffee I find I need to go afterwards. It’s a good laxative.
I just use a plunger most of the time, works like a charm.
Apples, carrots, probiotics, walks first thing in the morning.
Unlike pans, I didn’t have much success with a plunger.
I have gastroparesis and need to take Miralax daily. You might try psyllium fiber first.
I drink a lot of tea seem to move things along
Also physical movement may help. Even just a 30min brisk walk to wake up your intestines…
I take prunes or prune juice for constipation.
Dr Pepper …
I’m prescribed senna, a natural laxative and doc-a-lace … take one of each in the morning and night…
I take polyethylene glycol 3350.
I’m sure you’re referring to constipation cause by your meds.
Personally, I have a lot of issues with constipation and digestion, as a result of improper diet and bulimia. I just try to eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water. If I get really constipated, bran flakes, oatmeal and coffee seem to help me move things along. For some reason coffee only helps in the morning, though.
Laxatives are also an option, but be careful and maybe stick to the natural ones.
i’m lactose intolerant so i just need to eat ice cream
I take ex lax and it works. The taste isn’t too bad.
I suffer from chronic constipation. Currently, I take doc-u-lace and magnesium tablets. Works pretty good.
