I don’t know what to do and have low motivation & poor concentration. What do you do to pass time that you enjoy doing?
I hear you. I am the same. I like art and want to paint so badly but I can’t. I just have no motivation at all. I have had really bad Insomnia lately from the med I’m on and feel so tired during the day.
I work part-time…golf…play chess…shoot hoops with my daughters…visit my folks…
I can’t read long text or watch TV or movies anymore. I’m not sure if this is because of my Sz, or because of the medication I’m on for it.
I draw or play video games
I mostly listen to music and play my guitars.
Just focus on something
Listen to music
Watch movie
I read a lot and go to this forum.
I do irrelevant, non-productive things on the web, then hate on myself for wasting time on things that don’t make money.
One thing I do is sit outside and vape or just enjoy nature a bit. Doesn’t sound like much fun but tv and video games just went down the loo.
I have the same problem. I work full-time, so I don’t have much free time, but what little of it I do have I spend lying on my bed looking at my phone. It makes me feel like crap, but I don’t have the motivation or concentration for anything else. Not even TV, which I miss so much. Being able to lose myself in a show that I enjoyed used to be so pleasurable.
Now I just play Candy Crush on my phone.
I like studying math. I bought alpha brain to help with low motivation. I would like a girlfriend.
I just peruse the internet and watch TV all day long. Same routine every day
I always have thoughts running through my mind.
The one good thing about smoking these days is it gets you in touch with nature.
I like computer games. It’s one of the few formats I can concentrate and put hours into. These days I’m big on exercise as well. If I’ve been sitting for a while I’ll go for a walk. It’s a healthier way to pass the time but does take some commitment!
I usually watch videos on YouTube, read articles, or watch drama.
I also study Chinese language.
I currently work four days/week, but that still leaves me with plenty of free time, which I fill with music, and often getting on the forum. Sometimes I go over my friend’s house, but he lives a distance from me, so it’s not as simple as just dropping by whenever. Plus, he works six days/week and has a wife and three kids, so we can’t always just hang out. So yeah, mostly listening to music and getting on the forum. I don’t really do TV/movies anymore, and I don’t have it in me to read books, lack the concentration, get overwhelmed by them.
