I would walk away as if nothing happened but all day I would be having paranoid thoughts about that person’s “real” intentions and if they were following me.

If it was a lady, I wouldn’t be able to bring it with me cause my gfriend would get pissed. If she was right there, I guess it would depend on who and what they said.
If it was a guy I’d say no, but thanks.
I don’t think I’d worry unless they followed me afterwards or asked for something in return.

A stranger gave me a rose on Valentines Day once. He was a younger man in a gucci jumper, said that his gf didnt want it, i was with my fiance at the time heading out for dinner. It was expensive too. I accepted and thought it was sweet. Was a few years ago now.
