Guns n Rose’s Nov 11 2002. I was 17. It was in Chicago. Only day I actually skipped school. John did not want to go, but he went cause I already purchased the nosebleeds and he had his license. Concert ended at 3am, we got home at 5am, and I worked 7am until noon then went to school 12:15 until 3:13 and back to work 3:30pm-2am. Yay for supporting my mom and sisters. I moved out in Jan 2003 at 17 when I graduated early.
But I love Axl, wish Slash was still part of the band at that time, but Buckethead was the guitarist for that time. I think I was the youngest person there, lol. Born in 1985, I grew up listening to them. And bonus exactly 1 year on Nov 11 2003 we had Kalick. Our first concert was to be Ozzfest 2002 but a manager stole the tickets out of my purse locked in the store safe, and that was the one that the lead singer of Drowning Pool died at. Alpine Valley, WI.
