Do you suffer from lack of motivation as well?

Maybe some kind of admin stuff

For me I’ve not managed to do any voluntary work

Animal shelter, maybe?

My negatives have been really bad lately but I do volunteer a bit. I do some light admin/data entry for a non-profit from home, it’s literally 1-2 hours stretched out over the week.

Shelving books at the library? I used to enjoy doing that when I volunteered there.

I suffer from alogia too. It makes being around people really stressful.

Anything not directly working w people. There’s lots of diff volunteer work available, you could volunteer at animal shelters, or at the library putting away books and stuff or cleaning up community areas. Sometimes they need people to help set up for community events. Stuff like that.

Yeah there’s this everpresent dilemma … do other people need my help when I myself might need help this is mind-wretching

Library work is not bad. When I was shelving the constant focus on keeping things in order helped me keep my mind off of other things. I must say that the cessation of work and school helped contribute to my relapse although it was not the only factor.
