Same here, I feel like â– â– â– â–  in the mornings but come the afternoon I feel fine.

I feel depressed at night when i’m tired after a long day. When it’s no light than my monitor’s screen.

Night is always much worse for me. Mostly because my PTSD symptoms get much worse at night. Plenty of nights I beg the sun to rise.

in the evenings… Before I was depressed in the mornings too, but now I am just alone with my thoughts in the evening and everything is closed outside, the friends are with their families etc etc… I just try to think positive in the morning, so now its in the evening where I realize my loneliness…

Late night/early morning. Plus anytime once I calm down after getting triggered

Nighttime is the worst for me. I get depressed and I hear voices telling me to do bad things.

I take boatloads of effexor. Like 300mgs everyday and when I miss it I know about it. I get really weird and it becomes a drama!

Saying that. It keeps me under control…but it’s always there. My first breakdown was depression and it wasn’t so much fun but I moved out of there smoking weed. That cured me for a couple of years before the schiz came out!

It’s common with schizophrenia. Most of us need other medications to help. Stress will make that worse for sure so take you meds and keep the stress low!

I’m the most depressed in the afternoon. Time drags by at day treatment. I’m good in the mornings, though.

I never get depressed anymore. Which is so odd because I was very miserable for years and years. I guess depression does go away if you wait long enough.
