What supplements for negatives works for you

So i have never used supplements, but i really want to hit the gym and be active so i can lose weight which i think should help me with self esteem problems.

In the past i used a stimulant medication but no loner am allowed, and whilst it didnt aid weightloss completely. It did let me use the gym and gradually be more active

I have a cycle i want to use, i have weights i want to use and i also want to be able to drive. But fatigue stops me and then self esteem demotivates me

Has anyone had any luck over a long period of time?

Sarcosine, but just a bit.

Amyloban 3399, but just a bit (it really seemed to boost the effectiveness of my APs so I could use less, which cut back on negs some).

Lots of probiotics helps with my stability. Negs are better when I’m stable.

Exercise and diet help.

I take Wellbutrin (an AD) for my negatives. It helps a bit. I’m not into supplements.

Yeah, same here. Just a nudge. Was hoping it would give me a kick in the arse instead.

Ive tried different off label meds without much success.

Wish there was a magic bullet.

Best advice i can offer is keep momentum in doing things. Cuz when you stop its hard to get started again.

Vitamin B complex and Omega 3 fish oil for brain function. Alot of people are deficient in it.

5 HTP also as a mood lifter. Or just eat a shed load of protein like chicken.

I tried it but after a few days it just seemed to increased my anxiety and made my symptoms worse.

Also a supplement called “NAC” has a lot of research behind it, saying that it improves negative symptoms.

I tried that too, and it interacted with Abilify and made Abilify less effective, resulting in suicidal ideation. So if you’re on Abilify, I’d give NAC a skip. Otherwise it might be worthwhile.

I really like kelp it is really good. I get the organic viridian one from wholefoods. Super stuff
