I fell from my bed about five to six days ago. It won’t stop hurting. I can’t bend even the slightest without pain. My back on the upper left side is in pain. Should I go to the hospital? I don’t want them thinking I’m a druggie. I’ve taken ibuprofen Tylenol Aleve still nothing.
Yes, you probably should. At the bare minimum you should talk to your regular doctor about it and see what they suggest.
I’m not understanding why they would think you are a druggie. Because you might need pain meds?
You really should be checked out and make sure you didn’t damage or break something, IMO.
Idk it’s weird.
I second that opinion. It might be serious.
Sure, go to the hospital, you don’t know how serious it is, it could be even more serious than you think and why take a chance on injuring it further. They might take x-rays or tell you to ice it, or put heat on it. I’ve hurt my back a lot of times over the years. Sometimes I went to the hospital, sometimes I didn’t. Mine is permanently wrecked, you don’t want your back injury to be permanent, it sucks. A lot of my back injuries were when I was younger and they got better on their own but my current back problem will be with me for the rest of my life.
Ok I’ll go. Thanks you. Sorry Nick thanks
You should go to the ER and get checked out.
My bd won’t let me go to the hospital he wants me to go tomorrow
I have sit here all night in pain.
Why not tonight?
We’re just across the the hwy from the hospital. Idk. He’s an ■■■■■■■.
I’ve got a bad back, and 85% of my body fat is located right where it puts the most weight on my back. I need to lose weight.
Maybe you could do hot soaks in the bathtub. That might help.
I’ll give that a try. Hope you get to feeling better crimby. I need to lose weight too.rox
It’s one of those things where it could be nothing serious or it could be serious.
I would get it checked out asap
You should really go get it checked out.
Are you going to the hospital?
No. I’m going to sail out unless it gets worse.
If it were me I’d go to an urgent care place, not the ER
Hope you feel better very soon
They can do fairly extensive work in urgent care places. I’ve had them x-ray my lungs before.
