Tuesday i fell outside on the ice while scraping the snow off the car. I was a little scraped up but not too bad.
Today I fell coming inside. Bashed my head on the kitchen island landed hard on my chest and couldn’t breathe for a minute. Bruised my knees and one arm. I don’t know what is wrong with me.
Please get checked out! First your chest pain, now two falls. Something is going on with you. Healthcare is free for you, use it!

I’ll be Leaving for the hospital in about an hour. Just waiting for a ride and for pizza for my kids.

At the hospital, remember to NOT try standing on your own. Nurses can get in tons of trouble if their fall risk patient gets up to use the bathroom and falls. They want you to use the call button for everything. It seems overcautious and unnecessary, but they have a job to do, and that job is to keep you safe.
I have loads of experience being a fall risk.

Hi everyone. I’m ok. Very sore. I got home last night and my phone was dead so i went straight to bed. As per usual this local hospital was a joke. Anyway thanks for all your love. I’ll be back later. I am still exhausted
