lol, i cooked yesterday organic spaghetti with squeezed garlic in the boiling water, fried the noodles afterward in some oil, delicious !

Does anyone here other than myself make their own pasta from scratch? I even make my own ramen, but it is a bit unusual in that you have to add extra gluten to get that perfect texture.

I buy angel hair pasta and put pesto on it every week. I alternate from tomato based pesto to basil pesto.

I like fettaccini Alfredo.
