I love all kinds of pasta and pasta dishes.
My least kind of pasta type would probably be linguine but I still would eat it.

I just like penne pasta with fresh tomatoes and basil sauce with roasted peppers is my favourite meal yum

All pasta is wonderful :hugs: I recently started eating orzo, so that’s my new fave at the minute. Quick to prepare and really versatile.

I think the old stand by spaghetti with meat sauce is my favorite but I do love tortilini alfredo for treat. Lasagna is good every once in awhile too.

do you ever make alfredo sauce, if so how do you make it? I’ve been playing around trying to make one I like and haven’t got it perfect yet. (been trying to do it with milk instead of cream)

His first name is Jorge. So is his brother’s. So his parents gave them different middle names to tell them apart. His brother’s middle name is Alberto

I don’t know if that’s a cultural thing or what.

I made my own Alfredo sauce not long ago. It ended up to be a little on the rich side but still good. I over did the cream.

I love homemade ravioli. Chef Boyardee is good in a pinch though.
