You can get red pesto in the uk. No basil. But not sure if this is authentically Italian

Rosé pasta. You can also add mushrooms or grilled chicken.

Anything with an alfredo sauce. I also really like gnocchi, even though I’m not sure if that’s technically pasta or not :laughing:

Fettucini carbonara is my fave. Mushroom and ricotta stuffed canneloni are up there as well.
