My psychiatrist told me that I chose to study psychology, because deep inside i knew something was wrong and I was seeking answers. I have heard it again, and I have read about it.

About the fact that many people choose psychology or psychiatry because they have some mental illness, or psychological problems that need to be understood

Cool, so you’re like a qualified psychologist?
I thought that it is like philosophy but about the soul. I thought that we would learn about psychoanalysis, which was my favorite topic back then. But Freud is not so acceptable nowadays. And I lost interest in Freud. And then I lost interest in psychology, counseling. I couldn’t study. I couldn’t pay attention to the classes etc

I also have a degree and completed training in psychometry and career counselling couldnt find a job in the field though opportunities are scarce here.

Yes I work Im a supervisor at Amazon, been asked to advance but taking it slow, will move up again early next year probably.
